Nominaciones Satellite Awards 2020: Mank lidera con 11 menciones
Hoy se anunciaron las nominaciones a la 25ª edición de los Satellite Awards, encargados de distinguir lo mejor de 2020 en cine y televisión, y otorgados por la Academia de Prensa Internacional (IPA por sus siglas en inglés).
Mank lideró las nominaciones de este año con 11, incluyendo mejor actor para Gary Oldman, actriz de reparto para Amanda Seyfried, dirección para David Fincher, guion original para Jack Fincher, así como múltiples menciones técnicas. One Night in Miami recibió nueve nominaciones, Nomadland ocho y Minari, siete.
En la categoría de mejor película internacional destaca la presencia de la mexicana I’m No Longer Here y la guatemalteca La llorona. La categoría de mejor documental incluye una selección notable con títulos como Collective, The Dissident, The Truffle Hunters y MLK / FBI.
Los ganadores de los Satellite Awards se darán a conocer el 15 de febrero.
