Nominaciones a los Premios Pandora de Críticos de Cine Internacionales: Minari y Mank lideran con ocho menciones cada una

Hoy se anunciaron las nominaciones a los Premios Pandora de Críticos de Cine Internacionales. Establecido en 2019, este círculo busca celebrar los estrenos anuales de cine a través de una participación de críticos de diferentes partes del mundo. A partir de la edición de este año, nuestra editora en jefe, Alessandra Rangel, es parte del comité seleccionador de los premios.

Minari y Mank lideraron las nominaciones con ocho cada una. Minari figuró en las categorías de película internacional, dirección, actriz de reparto, actor de reparto, elenco, guion original, fotografía y banda sonora. Por su parte, Mank obtuvo menciones en las categorías de actriz de reparto, guion original, fotografía, diseño de producción, vestuario, maquillaje y peinado, diseño de sonido y banda sonora.

La categoría más importante de los premios, película internacional, incluyó algunos de los títulos más emocionantes del cine, incluyendo la danesa Another Round, la chilena Ema, la Mexicoestadounidense Te llevo conmigo, la guatemalteca La Llorona, la rumana Collective, la taiwanesa A Sun y la georgiana And Then We Danced.

Entre las sorpresas destacan la nominación de Mads Mikkelsen por Another Round en la categoría de mejor actor, Nicole Beharie por Miss Juneteenth en mejor actriz, Olivia Cooke por Sound of Metal en mejor actriz de reparto, Talia Ryder por Never Rarely Sometimes Always en debut actoral, y Helena Zengel por News of the World en mejor actriz de reparto.
