Hoy se dieron a conocer las nominaciones a los Premios del Gremio de Escritores (WGA por sus siglas en inglés).

Judas and the Black Messiah, Palm Springs, Promising Young Woman, Sound of Metal y The Trial of the Chicago 7 obtuvieron nominaciones en la categoría de major guion original, ofreciendo un importante precursor a películas como Judas and the Black Messiah y Sound of Metal en su carrera a los premios Óscar.

Por su parte, Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, Borat Subsequent Moviefilm, News of the World, One Night in Miami y The White Tiger recibieron nominaciones en la categoría de mejor guion adaptado.

En televisión, series como The Crown, The Great, The Boys y The Mandalorian recibieron nominaciones. Los ganadores se darán a conocer el 21 de marzo de 2021.
